Sincerly dear, the end

So, 3. September, 2010 a dear friend of mine wrote me a little note. It goes

"[My name here] bitch dick <3

                <i love you! 3

                                               sincerely dear,

                                                                the end"



I often used this note as a comfort and a means to keep my sanity somewhat in check. However, yesterday I read it and started thinking about why she signed it as "the end" instead of her name. Needless to say, the outcome was not the best. Was she aware of what was to come in our future, and wanted to subtly hint at it? Or was it just something she did without any meaning? Perhaps something else I can't think of? I've been racking my brain over this
